Join us for Workout Wednesday, a FREE one-hour H.I.T class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This community workout is designed to get you moving, sweating, and having fun, no matter your experience or ability.
Come along and make fitness a part of your week—it’s energizing, inclusive, and completely free! 💪🏋️♂️✨
What to Bring:
Suitable Clothing: Wear something stretchy and comfortable that allows you to move freely.
Layers: Be prepared to sweat - layer up so you can adjust your clothing as needed.
Trainers: Make sure to wear proper footwear, as we'll be on the field where the ground can be uneven.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated! Bring a big bottle of water, and don't worry, we have filling stations on-site to keep you refreshed.
Optional Equipment:
Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, or Kettlebells: If you have them and want to amp up your workout, feel free to bring along any equipment you like.
Yoga Mat: If you prefer to exercise on the grass, bring a mat that you don't mind getting a little dirty.
