About the Event

We've designed the schedule so you can join in for either of the workout sessions and include the stretch and mobility session as a warm-up or cool-down. No matter your fitness level, there will be options available to suit you!  

What to Bring: 

Suitable Clothing: Wear something stretchy and comfortable that allows you to move freely. 

Layers: Be prepared to sweat - layer up so you can adjust your clothing as needed. 

Trainers: Make sure to wear proper footwear, as we'll be on the field where the ground can be uneven. 

Water Bottle: Stay hydrated! Bring a big bottle of water, and don't worry, we have filling stations on-site to keep you refreshed.   

Optional Equipment: 

Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, or Kettlebells: If you have them and want to amp up your workout, feel free to bring along any equipment you like. 

Yoga Mat: If you prefer to exercise on the grass, bring a mat that you don't mind getting a little dirty.
